Kristian has been practicing physical therapy for over two decades with the majority of his experience being in outpatient orthopedics. His treatment approach is founded on manual therapy and functional training. He believes knowledge is the key to progress. His patients play an integral role in achieving their own goals, so he enjoys and spends extra time educating his patients on how their bodies work. Additionally, he performs custom bike fits and incorporates Kinesio® taping, exercise prescription, and dry needling to help patients on their path to recovery.
In his spare time, Kristian enjoys cycling, hiking, camping, rock/ice climbing, canoeing, snow skiing, and competing in triathlons.
