Expert in Foot and Ankle Care

Dr. Dao’s academic journey is marked by excellence. He recently completed a Post-Residency Surgical Fellowship at the prestigious Silicon Valley Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Fellowship in Mountain View, CA. His prior training includes a Foot and Ankle Surgery Residency at Grant Medical Center, where he performed over 1800 procedures. He earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine, a Master of Science in Medical Physiology, and a Bachelor of Science in chemistry at Kent State University.

Accomplished Researcher and Leader

Dr. Dao’s professional journey is marked by leadership and research. He is board-qualified in Foot and Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. His research has been published in leading journals, and he has received numerous awards, including first-place finishes in the Ohio Foot and Ankle Medical Association’s competitions. He has also held significant leadership roles and actively contributes to the field through presentations and volunteer work. Recently, Dr. Dao became a board member of S.T.E.P.S, a non-profit organization, where he provides mentorship to medical students and residents, aiming to improve medical education.
