May 27th, 2020 – The asphalt has been poured, and our parking lot is nearing completion.
May 18th, 2020 – The landscaping has begun with the planting of trees and shrubs.
May 8th, 2020 – Three weeks until opening day at our new office! The final grading and topsoil spreading have been completed. Additionally, the window shades and mural pictures are being hung in the lobby area.
May 6th, 2020 – The bone densitometry (DEXA) unit has been installed, and the open MRI and X-ray units have been delivered and are being set up.
May 4th, 2020 – Our Hitachi Airis Elite Open MRI arrived today!
March 1st, 2020 – The outside brick and stack stone is now complete, and the cabinetry is being installed. We’re on schedule to occupy the building in early June 2020!
January 23rd, 2020 – We’re making progress on the brick and stacked stone on the exterior of the building, the exit signage, ceiling grid, and door jams have been installed, and we just finished painting the first coat on the Physical Therapy Department ceiling and walls.
December 20th, 2019 – We’re starting to run cables for the network, finalizing paint colors, and continuing to work on the physical therapy space.
December 2nd, 2019 – Foundation layer of asphalt is complete. Preparing to apply brick and stackstone to the exterior.
November 25th, 2019 – The curbs are complete, and the parking lot is being prepared for the first layer of asphalt.
November 2nd, 2019 – The windows are in. We’re continuing to work on the façade of the building, the concrete sidewalks are being poured. and the walls are being drywalled. We’re on schedule to complete construction by late April!
October 19th, 2019 – The windows are going in, and we’re finishing interior framing and insulation. Final grading of the retention basin is also in progress.
October 8th, 2019 – The exterior of the building is still in progress. The shingles and MRI suite window opening have been completed. Framing, HVAC, wiring, and plumbing continues to be worked on in the interior of the building.
September 8, 2019 – The roof structure is nearing completion. The water service and fire hydrants are complete.
August 31st, 2019 – Roof supports are completed, and the stormwater drainage system has been installed. We are now starting to secure the plywood on the roof.
August 18th, 2019 – The roof is going up and underground plumbing is completed.
August 12th, 2019 – Pre-fabricated walls are up. Roof trusses are delivered to the roof for installation.
August 7th, 2019 – Pre-fabricated are going up.
July 22nd, 2019 – The roofing is being installed.
July 15th, 2019 – The steel beams are going up very quickly.
July 14th, 2019 – Steel beams have been delivered and the foundation walls are being put in place.
June 24th, 2019 – The building walls and footings are about 50% complete and should all be completed by the end of this week, depending on the weather.
June 11th, 2019 – The new footers have been poured.
June 6th, 2019 – The lime stabilization of the soil began and all went well for the proof role on the base course. Soil from the pond will continue to be brought in, which has tested positive to get the pad prepared and ready. This process should allow us to start pouring the footings next week.
April 11th, 2019 – We hosted an exciting ceremony to celebrate officially breaking ground.
April 5th, 2019 – The heavy equipment has been uploaded to start digging for our new office.
March 19th, 2019 – We officially closed on the lot to start building our new office in Granville!
